I ordered an item from Vodacom to be delivered on Friday. Vodacom told me the next day that it would not be delivered on Friday (which was the first straw). I asked them to change the address then since i would not be at that address from Monday on-words. Monday came and the goods were not delivered. I called Vodacom and i then found out the address change was never done! So I did the address change again, I was told it would be delivered the next day. Next day came, i called the couriers and still NO ADDRESS CHANGE WAS done! Vodacom never spoke to the couriers to change the address. This is the most pathetic service I have ever seen. How come, after three phone calls, they cant just send the couriers a email to change the address. This is most simple task, yet they are to stupid/ lazy to do it. I am considering cancelling the contract even before i get my device. I hope all people who see this will think twice when attempting to order something from vodacom! You are a disgrace to any business in SA! And then you have the audacity to blame it on the couriers! Big thumbs up to RAM hand to hand, just a shame you have vodacom as a client, if it were up to me i would drop them!
