On the 20th of September 2013 my windscreen got hit with a very small stone while parked and it cracked the windscreen. Not just a little chip but a crack and now the crack has spread from the very left of the windscreen up until the middle of the windscreen. The first supplier I phoned was Ford Lazarus in Centurion because I bought the car there. I was told that they will "quickly" phone their suppliers and get back to me. That was 2 months and 2 weeks ago and no reply. I went to Glasfit Centurion on the 23rd of September and they've been looking for stock ever since, with no luck. I am not the only person waiting for a windscreen, there's already 4 other Fiesta's waiting. So I am not the only one.
I do love my car but the service Ford offers, I will not refer anyone to buy a Ford. Especially not from Ford Lazarus Centurion.
