I order a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 tablet from Vodacom Direct on Monday 3 June 2013. It has been a disaster from start to finish. The advertise next day delivery when I phoned on Friday 7 June to follow up they told me that it would be delivered on Monday 10 June by Ram Hand to Hand Couriers. Nothing arrived on the Monday, called Ram the next day. They informed me that the driver could not deliver because there was nobody home. I then arranged with them to collect the device as I would not be available to receive the package the next day. On receiving the package I noticed that the delivery address was Gloss Govered Squire street - not Grosvenor Square (which was spelled Alphabetically over the phone). I noticed that I received the incorrect sim card (full sized) and then attempted to inform Vodacom that I needed a new sim. On Three occassions I was put through to a different dep and was left on hold for 13, 15 and 18 min without response. On Wednesday morning got hold of Vodacom and was assured that the error would be rectified immediately, 14 June I contacted them only to find out that another full sized sim was dispatched.and told that I will get the sim some time next week
