I purchased a pair of shoes from your Ballito store and have noticed that the base of the shoes is hard and cracked after just four uses. Additionally, they are extremely slippery, and I have slipped and fallen because of this. I went to the store in Ballito today and was informed that I need to provide a product code and the receipt. This is not a return; it is a quality issue. I have requested the regional manager to call me, but I have not had any success with that.
