Supposed to receive order from RAM on Friday. They couldn't find the house so they returned to warehouse with status Customer cancelled. No one from RAM called me to ask for assistance on how to get to my house to deliver. I called back Friday to find out why it says I cancelled it if I was home all day waiting. Vodacom says they will retry delivery Monday as Ram does not deliver on weekends. Monday came, still no delivery. Order status on RAM says product returned to sender. Vodacom says it was resubmitted for deliver and should then be delivered Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and RAM status still says returned to sender. Called Vodacom to be told it was non-delivery and they will resubmit for delivery. Clearly someone is not doing their job and I am never going to get this package. Vodacom then hung up on me after I stayed online for 20 min to find out when I will be getting my order. Now I have had enough and I want to cancel my order. Thanks
