I upgraded my cell contract online with Vodacom. Vodacom states on their website that delivery is the next day regarding they have stock of the phone. This took place on the 3/07/2013.
I contacted Vodacom on the 05/07/2013 querieng the delivery. I was told that a delivery attempt had been made on the 4/07/2013 but some person at my supposed address had told them i no longer work here.
So i confirmed me delivery address, gave extra details and they assured me that a request to re deliver had been sent through to Ram Couriers.
I contacted Vodacom on the 8/07/2013 once again to query the delivery. Vodacom in turn gave me Ram Couriers contact details with a reference number. I proceeded to contact Ram couriers in JHB which in turn gave me the contact details for the Durban branch.
I contacted the Durban branch, confirmed my delivery address and contact number and they assured my parcel would be dispatched for delivery today 10/07/2013.
I contacted Ram Couriers this morning 10/07/2013 to confirm if the parcel had been dispatched, i first of all was told that my parcel had been returned, i then spoke to the supervisor who said the parcel was there and only be delivered tomorrow.
