Delivery to wrong address

I had pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S4 and my order status was "On Back Order". On Thursday morning the 25th April i phoned Vodacom Upgrades to change the delivery address from my work address to my home address asi was going to be at home for 2 weeks and the agent changed the delivery address and said it would be delivered to my home. On Friday afternoon 26th April i received an sms saying that my order had been invoiced and delivery would happen shortly. On Monday the 29th i get a call from my work to say there is a delivery and Vodacom had instructed the phone to be delivered to the wrong address. When i phoned Vodacom Upgrades about this i was told that the address change was made after the delivery company was informed of the delivery. I changed the address on Thursday but only got the delivery message on Friday. Now i am told that i must just wait for the phone to be returned to Vodacom and have the delivery address updated and then delivered again... Why can Vodacom not just contact the delivery company and give them the correct address? Is this the sort of service i have to put up with when renewing my contract for another 24 months? Bruce
