Vodacom
No delivery of Notebook after upgrade

On the 10th May 2013, I reluctantly elected to upgrade my current broadband supscription with Vodacom telephonically.

One of my requirements prior to delivery was to be contacted by the courier company as I was uncertain whether I would be available at my delivery address at the time.

Needless to say, on Monday 13 May 2013, the contracted courier company being RAM hand to hand couriers decided to deliver the laptop after my normal working hours and without prior notification as was noted on my quotation from Vodacom.

After no further correspondance, I contacted Moses at the Vodacom upgrade centre and agreed to have the delivery address changed to my residential address and the delivery time to after 15:30. He gave me a reference number S3-TPGQK-KM1F. This was on 16 May 2013.

On Friday 17 May another attempt was made by RAM to deliver the laptop to the incorrect address and without prior notification after which I contacted the uprgades call centre again. This time I spoke to Jon. At this point a decided to opt out of the upgrade due to non delivery of my equipment as per the terms and conditions of the Vodacom quotation. I still await the back office to contact me...
