Poor service at the Atm machine

I went to widraw money. When the money must come out. It never came out.i receive text message that the money is out. The money never came out due to error. I report tje problem. I was told to wait 6 days. So that the Sbv to come and balance the Atms.is that a good services? What. Those Atm has beem manly reported. Customers always complaints about same issues for those two Atm.why does it take so long to check the Atm and customer get their money? There's an emergency at home
What must I do?
