On the 31st of dec I went to withdraw money only to have the atm machine give me an error slip but no money. The money was taken from my account but the machine never took it out. Now there is no after hour's assistance to report such as I was informed by the bank at maponya mall and now I have been told it will take 14days to get money back MY MONEY THAT U ..What os fnb from the poor now?? What kind of system do u have??
