There error, my problem

On the morning of the 28th of March I was stranded at the petrol station after having put in petrol and could not pay for it due to every ATM and swipe machine not working, declining my attempted transactions but receiving sms's that the money was withdrawn. I eventually had to borrow the money to pay for the petrol and after that I went to the bank as my balance was less, but had not received the money either. The bank was full of people with the same issue and the lady at the teller showed me that the money didn't go off from the swipe machine transactions but all 3 transactions I tried to make (of R450 each) at the ATMS' that was not a Satandard bank ATM the money actually was deducted. She said that they were experiencing issues and their technicians are working on the problem. After logging the 3 queries she said it usually doesn't take as long but it could take up to 12 working days before I get the money paid back. After waiting I called yesterday as tomorrow will be the 12th day and no one has looked at my queries and has no updates on it at the customer care department. It's almost my next pay day but I'm still waiting on R1450, my money deducted due to their tech issues?!
