On the 17th of Feb, I went into store and ordered the rectangle cake with green icing and the number 4 written on it was asked by a lady named Wandile after ordering I went and made a full payment to collect on the 19th of Feb. I went to collect the cake, and the green icing wasn't put on just a plain white cake completely different from what I ordered this was around 4pm and the lady at the bakery just put the cake down even after I told her this was not what I ordered and she just shrug her shoulders like saying "oh well this is what you going to get without even trying to find a solution" so I called for management and we proceeded to the bakery department. the lady at the counter kept arguing with me saying I didn't put enough details of what I wanted but told her that I did clarify and write on the order form that I wanted green icing when she brought the form everything I wrote was scratched out and they added they own details even lied about trying to call me. so, a lady that was from the till who works as a packer by the name Pretty saw how angry I was getting a stepped in to help if it wasn't for Pretty great service, I would have never came back to shop at pick n pay again. I have learnt not to ever order from the bakery again also when the lady brought my cake, she brings it with attitude. I take the cake to proceed to leave but notice that the cake is falling apart in the middle went back to the lady and she's gossiping about me to the other lady on the other counter to show her the cake she tells me that it's the way I'm holding the cake that caused it but it was like this when I received it but because this lady had the time to argue with me back and forth I just left very unhappy and angry. the green icing was supposed to be bottle green, but this is what I got. I
