Faulty ATM now i have to wait 12 days

I tried to draw money but the cash and my card never came out the machine. Went into the bank the next day and got my card and went to draw money again. On checking my balance it did not show that the amount i tried to draw as drawn (which was correct as the money never came out the machine). A few days later when i tried to get money again my balance was now on 0.00 and my account in a negative. I reported it to head office (as i refuse to go into my branch as i wont deal with unprofessional staff!). Anyways i have had correspondence from 3 different ppl so far and they say i have to wait 12 days for this issue to be investigated. I have been patient so far even though i have children that need to eat and some of my debits did not get paid due to my account that is now overdrawn and i wonder who is going to pay that 'unpaid' fee. What me off today was the fact that someone from standard bank called me about my account that is overdrawn and asking when im going to pay it??? And the fact that my standard bank loan was not paid! She said 'I' must now let the other ppl at the bank know to put an alert on my account to let others know that there is a problem?? Changing to FNB!
