ATM my money

I am very busy and don't have time to que in the bank which already takes a long time. I wanted to deposit money into my account so to use the atm cash deposit facility. I put R1750 into the atm and it returned to me R1000. the message said I inserted folded notes. So I ask myself what happened to the R750. I went into the bank and waited at the enquiry que for 20 min only to be told to go to the service desk consultant and waited for a further 30 min. her name was Poppy and she said I have to wait for 6 working days to see if the machine is over with R750. Why do I have to wait that long and yet the banking machine has a fault which they should have rectified. this is the 3rd time being frustrated. Ist it as such a hussle to open an account 2nd no one told me I had a very low internet transfer limit so I could pay my bills on time. now the atm took my money and I have to wait for 6 days. Im not rich, it may be little money for the bank but it was my fuel money which I have to borrow else were again.
