On Monday the 5 August 2013, I went to Lephalale Standard Branch to withdraw money through ATM machine but I didn't t received that money because of faulty ATM Branch machine. I reported the matter through Standard Bank Customer Care, and I was told it will take 15 Working Days to get my money back (fair enough). 15 days passed on Friday the 23 August 2013 and I haven't received any feedback or my money even today i.e. 27 August 2013.

I called the same Standard Bank Customer Call Centre today (27 August 2013) complaining about the poor service, and I was told that the matter has been referred to the Manager/other departments and I will get the feedback within 24 Hours. Can you imagine waiting for my money for 15 Days and again I have to wait for 24 Hrs to get an update on my money/query. This is shocking and unacceptable!!
