After three weeks of doing an upgrade, speaking to Vodacom Midrand, Sales Consultants, Managers and Vodacom Rewards in Cape Town, i have still not received my phone and watch. RAM a Courier Company that is rude and not helpful at all. I am sitting where my account will be debited on something which i don't have in my position. I have made arrangements with Vodacom on Third Party Delivery. I am a client off Vodacom for MANY YEARS. My account is paid up to date, And i get such POOR Service. I am disgusted. No client service, no going the extra mile, these two companies service are poor.
