I went to a standard banking ATM on Wednesday to withdraw money after i selected the amount the machine took out my card and stated no money on machine, immediately after that i went to other standard bank ATM to withdraw money and when i checked my account balance and it shown that the money i withdrew from the previous machine was taken out as well. which its strange how i was able to get the R2000 from the atm i checked my balance from when my daily limit is R4000 (so in total money that went out is R4000 in one day). i called client services and the consultant i spoke to said the money will be reverse automatically if not it will take 11 working days to get back to me, i called again today and spoke to two different ladies that said it will take 15 working days for them to give me feedback (15 days i don't have as i need my money NOW!!!). No one has checked or worked on the query yet. I need someone to call me today and tell me whats happening with my money today. im not please with standard bank right now and its not for the first time.
