I had booked my Blackberry Curve in for repairs at the MTN store in Campus Square on the 06 March, whereby I was informed by Samantha the sales assistant, the phone would be ready by the 22nd March however when I went to the store which is twice by now, I was told the phone was not ready and the sales people at the store was not very unhelpful and rude this is unacceptable that it is close to a month that the phone is in repairs and I have not received any sms notifications or a phone call about the status of the phone or when I am able to pick it up.
I would say have been with MTN for so many years I accepted better service therefore I have decided to move over to another network who provides better customer experience and service.
