My phone was taken in on the 7 January for repairs and was told that it would be repaired within a maximum of 14 working days. i had contacted mtn service centre after 10 working days to find out that MTN in campus square had only requested for the phone to be collected on this day. When I spoke to the manager at the campus square branch, he had given excuses of the delivery company. So why not contact the customer and let them know there will be a delay. he then said he will get back to me within the day of when my phone would be ready and never did so. Then after 15 working days I received an sms to pay R1800 for repairs because the consultant which took in my phone at campus square did not request for documentation which would have shown it is under warranty, so I have had no phone for almost a month and it will return to me unrepaired.
