I applied for a contract in september at the mtn store at campus square, the first experience i had was Terrible, Piela from MTN called to advise that my cellphone is ready for collection, only to find out when i got to the store that they dont have the phone yet!! But that's not what the complaint is about ..My debit order went off my account for the second month now ..AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY AIRTIME, ive called the MTN call centre to follow up, and to my surprise i was told that my number is not on contract YET I'M PAYING?? I was told to go back to the Mtn store, which i went on Saturday. Piela could not assist me at the time as his manager was not available and promised to give me feedback on monday (28 Oct), . heard nothing from him so i called in and he advised that he will call me back, called again on Tuesday and he advised that he will call me back??? what kind of service is that
