POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I AM EXTREMELY DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE RECEIVED FOR ALMOST 1 WEEK FROM MTN CAMPUS SQUARE .
I entered into a contract with MTN for an Apple I phone. they advised they would call me once the system was online and the contract captured in order for me to estimate 24 hours and return back to the store to collect the phone
i did not receive a call or sms about my contract being captured and by the following Monday i called to follow up and was told i need to wait for the sales person to come back to the store as she was on leave. Tuesday i called again as i needed the phone as a gift and was told again (after holding on for 20 min and listening to another sales persons conversation) that the sales person who captured my account is still on leave and no one else can asssit, because their system is offline,

I am totally appalled at the way the staff speak to a customer and their attitude towards sales,
i have still not received my phone and have called the store over 4 times today with no one being able to assist.
