I booked my handset in at the canal walk store 22nd September 2013. I received a call and email from the campus square (JHB) branch on the 31st October 2013 tell me my phone is ready for collection. I then called the canal walk branch to sort this out as i handed in my handset there. I was informed that the phone has left the campus square branch and was sent back to head office. I called the canal walk branch asking them how long it will take to get my phone back to cape town i was told 4 days. i walked into the canal walk branch on sunday 9 November 2013 and i was told my phone was only sent back 8 November 2013 from the campus square branch. I have been waiting almost two months for my phone. I have been paying monthly subscriptions and have not been enjoying any of the benefits as i dont have a handset for the sim. I personally cannot wait for my contracts to end so that i dont have to stress about a network that has done nothing but disappoint me this entire year.
