NO FEEDBACK/NO PHONE

I took my phone in for repairs in July. Once returned I had it for 17 days before it broke once again. I took it in for repairs at MTN campus square on the 7 August. I have been phoning every week to find out when I will get my phone back. I am constantly told that they will get back to me and they NEVER do. I was told that they don't know where my phone is. I phoned the repair centre and they indicated to me that they returned the phone to the Campus square branch a few days after I dropped it off and someone even signed for it. I phoned the Campus square branch to tell them this and yet they could still not provide me with answers. I have be sitting without a phone now for 2 months. I phoned again on Friday asking to speak to the manager and I was told that he was not in and they would get him to phone me on Saturday. Yet again no one contacted me. I have not been offered a new phone up until this date.
