I bought a Blackberry Q10 from MTN. Phone went in for repairs. after you have to stand in a que for more than 45 min. Only 3 people helping you with everything. Sales, repairs, TAKING OUT NEW contracts (we all know how long it can take) After 2 weeks i was informed the phone was ready for collection. Had to stand in the que for another 45 min, just to pick the phone up only to found out the speaker of the replacement unit is not working. Had to take is back. In the que AGAIN!!! by this time i was livid. Only to fond out they will have to send the unit back. A week en 2 days later my Mom was contacted to say that the phone i bought in for repairs was ready. Got the phone went home. Phone dont switch on. Call the manager and ask him to call me back, nothing. Had to get into my car to the store again waited 30 min for the manager to help me. All that he can do is take the phone back to gauteng today and i can speak to his manager tom. I mean rally people. is this n Mickey Mouse company. i bought the phone to use it. Its a smart phone so cant use sim in old phone. Why did i pay R8000. I need someone high up in MTN or i will break that store to the ground. This is total nonsense
