NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

I went to Vodacom for an upgrade. I was told I had to pay R150. Then Pumzela told me I have to pay additional r63 for a sim swap. I wanted to know why must i pay for one when i have one, she then told me the nkoia lumia i took has a smaller sim card. i told her I dont see why i have to pay when i have a sim card. I then went back to vodacom where she called her Manager Corian Kruger to explain to me. His manner in which he approached me was so rude. He told me that I want a free sim swap and he cant give me a free sim cause if he must give me he must give all the clients. I tried to explain to him that i didnt ask for a free sim i asked a question WHY. This rude mantells me well you just saying u want a free sim I then told me again i only want to know why as I have one why is he implying I want it for free. His attitude was so rude and he tells me well U ARE SAYING YOU WANT A FREE SIM, he posture and voice and facial expressions showed how irritated he was. This is not the service I expect as I am a vodacom client for more than 5 yrs and dont appreciate such attitude. This vodacom caters for staff of a bank and we are taught to give good service so why must i receive bad service.
