Hi, I brought a Nokia Lumia 510 on the 21st of August at the Edgars Active in Campus Square. I called Vodacom for internet settings and they said it would connect in 24 hours, 5 days later, it still wasn't connecting so I called again and then I went to the Vodacom store in Campus Square and was told the internet connection issue was not with them but the phone so it must be returned to the manufacturer. I went to the store and they took it in for like 8 days, it came back and the problem was still there so I went to the Vodacom Store to tell them the phone was now fine and was told to go to the Vodacare in Cresta for a software update. I went there two weeks ago and it was taken in for another 10 days. I got the phone back on Tuesday (17/09) and was told its fine and would work in 24 hrs. Today (48 hrs later) it is still not working. Am really tired of this nonsense, I've literally had this phone for a month yet cannot use it for what I brought it for and its been frustrating and costing me a lot of unnecessary time and money!!! I went back to the store to ask for my money back and they said they do not do that so I asked that they take their stupid phone and give me another diffe
