I have been trying to transfer two accounts ownership into my name since last week Monday, the one was successful and when I asked MTN Campus Square to transfer the other (0719570869) number, I get told i can't because I have to wait for the first account's debit order to go off and I also get told I must phone 808 so they can do it on their side. I phone 808 and get told that i don't have to wait for the first debit order and it can be done immediately but unfortunately i have to fill in a form at the store to transfer it. So i phone Mtn Campus Square back and get told they will do the application for me and i don't have to come back into the store. I phone MTN Campus Square yesterday to check if the process was finalised but Petunia (the lady I had been dealing with) was unavailable and I left her a message to contact me back. Still no call back, I phone them this morning and shes off for the day and no one can help me. I phone 808 and the contract is still in the previous owners name. I am so disappointed with MTN and I will NOT be renewing these contracts! I need this account to be in my name by the 15th of July 2013. The service from Campus Square has been very disappointing.
