I took out a phone E-7 Nokia for my wife at MTN telecommunication Servive Provider in 17th July 2012, shop situated in shop 78 CNR Voortrekker and Dela Rey Sanlaam Centre, the phoneimmediately had problems we took it back because it December 2012 my wife did not havea phone becauseit was in for repairs and say they do not have loan phones and recently the phonewas not charging for a while because where you put in the terminal of the charger does not hold. This now we took it in again on the 13th March 2013, without any loan phone again and never had feedback. My wife visited the shop yesterday to check on Progress. She was a given the phone saying it came back only yesterday from the repairs and to her suprise they had given her an old scrap dented phone. When all the documentation, which was signed when the phone came in showed and stated that phone was still brand new, she approached thestaff aat the shop and they also agreed that indeed that was not her phone. How do these technician give back something that is not in order. Domething thta they themselves would not even use.
