Disappointed with repairs on phone by Nashua and MTN.
My wife's phone feel at home about 2 months ago and the screen got damage.
We then took the phone to MTN Clearwater "the one at the food court" and asked for the phone to be repaired. The lady at MTN then said it's going to be - R1200 for repairs but she suggest that we take the phone to Nashua Mobile in Clearwater mall as they are much cheaper.
We then took the phone to them and they said that it will be -R800.
after 3weeks of the phone being there for repairs, and every time we speak to them they say they are waiting parts, and when the parts arrived they said unfortunately there is other part's that they need to replace and it will be and additional R800. This made the total of repairs to be done at -R1600, we then decided that MTN was the cheaper option and said we will take the phone back to MTN, we then went back to the MTN Shop "at the food court" and they said that they now don't do any repairs and we need to take the phone to the other MTN shop in Clearwater mall.
We then took the phone to them and they notified me yesterday that we can pick up the phone.
However the phone was not repaired due to the fact that MTN
