I'm Julia Mnikathi, I'm a MTN subscriber, I took a contract phone with MTN East gate Nokia E7.On the 28 March 2013 I took back my phone to the shop cause its wasn't charging they send its for repair but my phone came back in such bad state, they have to send it back. And repairs they sent its back and nothing was done on the phone. Up to today I still doesn't have my phone with me, and my phone is still not fixed but I'm paying for its every month. It's been about 4 month now and I don't have a phone. MTN is such a big cell phone provider and I was so disappointed with their poor service, I spoke to several supervisor's (in the shop & repair centre) no one seems to help, if that what it takes for me to cancel my contract with MTN I'll do so, my EMI number 354864046360328
The only thing I want now is a new phone.
