I Upgraded my vodacom contract on 7March 2013 to top up 135, nokia lumia. Was promised delivery via SMS. A month later and still no delivery. I phoned the vodacom upgrade centre 0821959 three times and I went to a vodacom shop to rather pay the service money, but the internet upgrade blocked the transaction. Then I was also informed that the upgrade was done on the wrong contract, also that the transaction can not be reversed, I have to wait for the delivery and then sent the couriers back with the phone. how can I when if I do not see them.
