I received an upgrade on my blackberry phone in October 2012, the phone gave trouble and I took it into the vodashop on 9 February 2013 they did not give me a loan phone to use and I was told it would take a week to do repairs. 2 weeks later I phone and they said phone still in for repairs. tried to phone the shop twice on 7 March to get feedback and was told they cant help me as they busy with customer (phoning in doesn' t make you a customer?) I drafted an email that was send and got response my phone was only send in for repairs 27 February and will cost R334.27 to repair when i went into shop 8 March an enquired why I had to pay if phone still under warranty they only picked up that is was new phone?? Nobody picked anything up all the time they had my phone. Then I had to go look for receipt cause they could get it from the shop we upgraded them self. Bad service again. THen i was told it will be send thru to repairs department to fix my phone. NOW ONLY??? I then got a stupid Vodafone as loan phone. While paying contract for blackberry service I know have to pay for sms's and cant get emails on phone, use phone for work as well. when enquired why not bb they dont have??
