I am sick to death of listening to those stupid adverts every time I dial Cell C "Customer Care" - if you can call it that! It has been approximately THREE MONTHS since I registered my initial compliant about the atrociously bad coverage in my area. All I have received in return form Cell C for all my patience and forbearance is promises; promises; promises - LET DOWN!!! I am sitting in a coffee shop as I write this because that is the only way I can access the Internet reliably enough to do my work. And I am wondering to myself - "at what point exactly do I distinguish between a company that is just neglectful and a company that is just LYING to me about their supposedly good intentions? " I think that if I have to listen to those irritating adverts one more time or have to explain the problem yet again to yet another faceless person in "Customer Care" I shall SCREAM!!!
