I would like to submit a complaint against The Vodacom Repairs Shop in
Somerset West.
I sent my phone in for repairs on 18 December 2012. My screen and the
charging outlet had to be replaced. When I got the phone back, the phone
wouldn't even switch on, so I returned it for a second time and waited for
two weeks for the phone. It is still not working. I went back to to the
shop and then they told me that the phone is beyond repair.
When I gave my phone in the first time it worked perfectly, only my screen
was cracked. The shop offered to refund me for the first repairs, but I
feel as they are responsible for the phone not working, they should replace
it with either the same or at least a phone to the same standard.
Alternatively they could issue me with a voucher or cash to the value of
replacing this phone.
