Long delay to replace a phone

On the 26th July 2013, I handed in my Nokia E6 at the MTN Shop at Alberton City Mall for repairs. When I went back to check if my phone was back from repair, I was told that my phone is one of many that were at theMTN shop. I was promised to get a new phone to replace the one. They told me that they were waiting for the insurance to release the phones. I have been going to the shop for more than four months now without any success. I am told short story every time I would be there: "The phones have not yet been delivered". I am tired of this story. It's been too long. I want my phone. I am paying premiums every month, but I am not enjoying the benefit of the phone. I am losing on my emails etc. It is not my fault that the phone was from their shop. MTN has shown no professionalism this time in this matter. PLEASE give me my phone. Let default just once on my premiums. You know what's gonna happen: All sorts of threats without any hesitation.
