MY UNFORTUNATE EPISODE WITH 8TA:
I applied for a contract with them for the Samsung S3 beginning of February 2013 - firstly they loaded the incorrect plan for me. I request that the change be done as I am unable to top-up with airtime when my free minutes are depleted and to date that is still not resolved after numerous visits to their Sandton branch where I took out the contract and the numerous calls to 180. I then requested that they cancel the contract which is still not done - I am waiting for their Retention department to contact me for the past 5 weeks and still nothing. Today 05-04-2013 the cherry on the cake. They suspended my line because my account is overdue - they never processed my debit order which is not my problem because I only check by the 07th of the month if all my debit orders went off. I cannot receive or make any calls nor receive messages. Apparently if I make payment of the overdue amount then my line will only be active with 72hours... REALLY!!! How can they get it SO WRONG???
I will make sure EVERYONE hears what a JOKE they are.
