24 months turned into 38 months

Hello My name is Shadrack Mbhalati from 4124 Mthambeka ext 11, Tembisa 1632. my work address was N0.1 Charles Crescent Eastgate ext 04, Krammerville Sandton. In February 2009 i signed a 24 months cellphone contract with Virgin mobile Nokia 5000 which they were debiting R150.00 on the 28th of every month from my Standard bank account. between the 15th and 25th December 2009 i received an sms from Virgin Mobile telling me that Virgin mobile will debit R150.00 from bank account before 28th because it was going to be holiday and there was no money in my account as i was geting paid on the 28th of every month. the contract expired on the 28 February 2011 and the Simcard was deactivated but virgin Mobile continued debiting R150.00 every month from my bank account untill april 2012 which it was 38 months. i only realise this after i went to the bank for a statement. i changed my banking details. Virgin Mobile phone me telling me that i owe them. since then my name was blacklisted
