Cellphone Contract

My name is Miss N.M Pelo and a client of virgin mobile for the past 3 years. I am frustrated my the cellphone contract I took with the company in April 2013. To cut the story short Virgin Mobile Consultants are not consistent and some especially the ladies are rude. I took a contract for a Samsung SIII and it was sold for failure of payment for repairs.

To get service from Virgin Mobile is a nightmare, for me to get my phone in the first place was a mission and my phone was sold without informing me that they are selling it. SIbone Mashego a consultant of Virgin Mobile told me, in one of my communitions with the company, that it was against policy to sell a contract phone. I am very frustrated and irritated by the way the company does business because over the weekend they gave me a refund for the repairs I payed for the damaged phone and then deducted R 1080 from my account saying it is account payment. I really do not understand how they conduct their business, now I am stuck with a contract of 2 years with no phone and contant deductions and when you call the call centre you get some people who are clueless on how to solve the problem you are frustrated with
