Monthly Soft locking of Deceased account

My father passed away 6 months ago and he had a cellphone contract with Nashua Mobile. My mother tried to take over the contract at a very difficult time as she was informed that it could not be cancelled. She filled in the required forms in store to request the contract be put in her name and debit order be changed to her bank account.
This has resulted in a monthly 'Soft lock' on the cellphone as it is a deceased estate. On numerous occasions she has queried this, she was told the forms were lost and she should go in and fill them out again. My mother refused as it is all to traumatic for her and said she would pay cash for the account which she does every month but the cellphone is still 'soft locked' every month.
Dealing with a death of a loved one is difficult but for a cellphone contract to cause so much trauma is shocking. She is now an elderly widow that has her cellphone 'soft locked' by Nashua Mobile monthly even though the account is paid timeously every month in cash. This will go on until March when the contract expires. Nashua Mobile will loose a contract that is over 10years old as my mom will not take out a new with Nashua Mobile and neither will I.
