My business account was closed. Symok Attorneys emailed and called me. I stated that I would be paying the account on the 25th of September 2025, which I did. I also sent proof of payment on the 25th of September 2025. No one acknowledged receipt of my email. I called, and the consultant just wanted to get rid of me. I asked her to talk to a manager, and she replied, saying her manager was on lunch. I waited. After 16:00, I sent another email again, stating that they were all going home and I was stuck with the incompetent situation they created.
The Director called, not even having remorse for what they put me through. She said it was the back office's fault. So what must I do? I am not working at their incompetent back office. I am taking this matter further; I will not let this go as is. Symok Attorneys cost me a client, and still, I have not even received a paid-up letter.
