Due to iBurst NOT paying their licenses with ICASA, their network has been disabled to the detriment of its customers! I have not been able to access my business emails for 3 days now which is leading to lost revenue and sales, as well as a poor reflection on my part for not responding to my customers timorously.
Never mind that for nearly 24 hours I did not have internet access due to their network being down.
The lack of communication and clarity with your customers regarding the issues with ICASA is absolutely SHOCKING and I WISH I could SUE you for lost revenue!!!
I demand a refund on my monthly subscription specifically for the down time on my BUSINESS emails!!!
