Bad service and attitude, accountability of store

I have two contract with vodacom but the other one I jst took last week, I had enough with Vodacom.

I my name is Frans Sejaphala.

I took a new contract with vodacom Boulders in Midrand for Samsung Tablet note, the problem with it is that the Pencil does not write properly and we even called samsung @ the store with the sales lady who sold it to me and confirmed that they must exchange with a new one cause stil under 7 days.

I then sent it back last week thursday so that they can take it for assessment, I was helped by the guy called Sabelo and he shifted the matter to his Manager Thami, I'm so disappointed in this manager, he does not even communicate with me and he even drops my calls, yesterday I even went away for business without were as he promised to that by tuesday it wil be available but that was not accomplished
Today is Wednesday and no communication has been done so far, m the one calling them with my own money, please help me so that they can cancel this contract with immediate effect, I don't need it anymore, I'm too frustrated.
They did same bad service when i took a modem with them, very dissapointed
