On the 10th of April I bought a man's watch at EXACT BOTSHABELO MALL and about two weeks of a purchase only to find out the watch has faulty.
I went to the store to exchanged it but before I told the Manager I lost the Sim and asked for a reprint so that I can exchange. The manager was hesitant about the exchange and made nasty comments about she later told the cashier to check for a duplicate slip but they said they can't find it due to method of payment made.
I paid with payflex account and they directed me to payflex to ask for a duplicate and I have attached the response from payflex.
