NOT SATISFIED WITH SERVICE

I upgraded to a new phone on the 20th January 2013 ffrom Samsung E250 to Samsung Galaxy Ace Advance. Till this day I am unable to access internet. It is more than a week now I have been calling vodacom and trying to sort out the matter, but nobody seems to get it right. Today I called in the morning I was on the call for a long time, by the time I put the phone down the problem is not sorted. The guy promised that he will call back after 30minutes to check if the problem was sorted out but he never called back. This is really disguting now, to think that we have two contracts with vodacom but this is what happens. I think my husband should cancel his other contract as it is due for upgrade soon and go to another network provider that will provide best service. Really, now I am so FRUSTRATED...
