I took out a contract with Vodacom for a Samsung Phone contract, but after a week with the phone it did not receive or make calls, I called Vodacom and advised them I don't want the contract anymore the agent advised me that he cancelled the contract and that the courier service will collect the phone. On the 27/12/2013 the courier service called me to collect the phone on the 30/12/2013 they did not come. On the 02/01/2014 Vodacom debited my account saying I did not cancel the contract!!! Now why the are they collecting the phone. The communication in Vodacom Is not working, it seems like 10 companies in one but the one does not know what the other one is doing.
I am prepared to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom. This is a pity as I have been with Vodacom all my life.
