I went to a vodacom shop in laudium (based inside a pharmacy). I ws interested in the Samsung galaxy tablet 10.1. We were told that it came with a cable that could be inserted in2my printer (which is NOT wifi)&we wud beable to print directly. I took out the contract&came home.wen I opened the device, i saw ther ws no such cable.called the manager of the store who made us come in4 tyms&each tym she didn't turn up or answer our calls. Eventually wen we met her, she refused2cancel the contract which she tricked us into taking out.wen vodacom consultants tried contacting her, she again &said we not only opened the device but even used it which is a because we didn't even open the simcard yet. I'm totally disappointed.its a breach of contract& to trick people jus2make a sale&then stil accuse them afterwards. Besides tht, she hasn't even maintained the customer privacy policy because she spoke to other people about our issue with cancelin the contract. While I ws in her store waitin4her, there ws anthr client there wth a similar situation where she &sold them a samsung S4 &refused2help the client wen he came bak. Plz help! This lady needs2learn u cnt lie&deceive ppl2make a sale
