VODACOM DOESN'T CARE

On renewing my business contract with Vodacom I had to return the new Samsung SIII as an out-of-box failure after 5 days of troubled frustration. Despite returning it within 7 days, I now have to wait a further 7working days for an exchange despite stock in store. The first week of my new contract I had a faulty phone. The second week of my new contract I have had no phone.
Vodacom couldn't care less about the fact I am on a business contract & that my business is dependant on me having my phone. For 2 weeks my business has been hampered by Vodacom's incompetent "non-care" follow-up service.
I handed in the faulty phone on Wednesday but by Friday afternoon my "prioritised" phone was still not listed or attended to at any care centre.
The fact that Vodacom wants to make sure the phone is faulty by testing it 3 times on different premises leaves me without a phone for a lengthy period.
This is unsatisfactory customer service. I am no longer interested in the Samsung brand or interested in the wait for it. I need a phone immediately!! I further expect to be credited for the inconvenience & lack of business I have been able to conduct without an adequate phone that I rely on.
