Crooked into contract and Vodacom's INCOMPETENCE

I am highly FRUSTRATED at the lack of competence at Vodacom. My mother was crooked into taking a contract with a company (Homemark) that called her and offered her a Samsung tablet on a Vodacom contract in August 2012. When the company delivered the item, to find that it was a Samsung pocket which the delivery guy refused to take back and said that she will have to contact the company herself. She called the company in the same week and has since been waiting for them to fetch it!! As a result my mother has now been handed over to legal due to the fact that Vodacom subsequently activated this sim card (without her permission) - and this we only found out when they blocked her contract number which she has used for close to 20years. I have been going to Vodacom Gateway since May and they always tell me that they have sent escalation emails and have received NO response. How can an escalation of this urgency take more that 2months!? This OBVIOUSLY means someone is NOT doing their job! We are NOT prepared to pay for this 2nd contract because this is NOT what they promised (PLEASE go back to the recordings of the call if necessary) and Homemark needs to be dealt with! UNBELIEVABLE!
