My on-line account is still not accessible a week after the response i got from cell c in which said they apologise for the inconvenience!! I contacted their helpline to find out and was told it should be up and running later that afternoon, that was Tuesday today is Friday and still nothing. This has become very irritating and i refuse to call their help line again to be told their technicians are working on the PROBLEM at a costly phone call.
