On the 30th October we got our upgrades samsung s4 and note 3 with gear. We were told that the gear will be in store 2 days after we upgraded and someone will callus to collect one week later no one called us we called and were told its out of stock... They were happy to take our money but nogoods to delivered. We askes for the manager and thr guy were rude.i called back asking for the area manager.few minutes another manager called bacck and said she will handle it.she gave new options and seemed helpfull.a few days later she called and said she can get the gray gear. It will be there on monday and its now Thursday still no feedback. What is happening to vodacom. Im am disgusted with vodacom. They will loose more and more loyal customers.
